Brake hose
Hi, Im assuming you can use rubber hose for linking a resevoir to copper brake lines as its mentioned in my builders manual but does anyone know where
i can get some preferably online as all i can find is braided/stainless flexi hose kits where as i want a rubber metre of 8mm ID?
Cheers

merlin motorsport do it. I've not found anyone cheaper - make sure what ever you buy is marked up for use with brake fluid or you have the
relevent spec sheet with you for SVA.

Fiat Seicento hoses.
See http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=72701
Edit: you can't just use any hose because brake fluid melts it. Even some stuff supposedly correctly marked can start to weep if you use the
"wrong" fluid.

Merlin motorsport is the place to get it, if you ask them they will also send you the spec sheet that your SVA tester may want to look at.

Kevin at Tifosi does it I think. May have to order over the phone but he can post.

Brian at www.bgcmotorsport.co.uk normally turns it round same day and prices are reasonable. Cheers, Pewe
