RWD Motorsport

Has anyone heard of these people?

http://www.rwdmotorsport.com/

The supply bellhousings and flywheels etc to fit the duratec in rwd applications.

What has caught my attention is that they do a flywheel to suit the standard ford pinto clutch which is a lot cheaper than the AP ones others use. And they do a bellhousing which allows you to use a cable clutch release too.

Cuts duratec install costs a heck of a lot. But was wondering if anyone else had heard of them. A google search turned them up.

Cheers,
David

Hi david.
Given the part number of the bell housings I'd say they possibly come from Here A frame engineering

Tis is where I got my bellhousing with no problems. Couple that with the fact they are both in Lancashire postcodes BB8 8PX and BB9 6JH then it makes it even more likely.
they are only 5 miles apart as well ish.

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Has anyone had any experiences with them?
I was going to order my bellhousing from burtonpower.com but since rwd motorsport provides their product complete with adaptor plate(for hydraulic release bearing) and £30 cheaper, it's far better deal
I'm asking this because I'm in Poland and that could be a trouble if something goes wrong
