Second one is a stoat, first one a Martin of some kind, stone or pine are the only ones I know....

Nearly right.
Second one is a Pine Marten
it's bigger than a Stoat, can grow to 50cm long with the tail being half as long again.
The first one is came into Europe and was keeped like a cat to keep rodents at bay.
