Copper coolant pipes, powdercoat..?

When i made up my coolant system pipes i used copper pipe with the required tee's and reduecers soldered on, i then etch primered and sprayed black, but when the engine gets upto temp the paint goes soft so is no good.
What surface coatings have other people used? will they powdercoat ok..?

Mine are etched and painted and they are fine. What paint did you use?

I left mine with the copper finish. They're just fine as they are.
