It looks ok (its not exactly great design but it looks profeshional enough) but its all images. The text is never going to get picked up in google. Its quite slow to load fully which is probably due to 1und1 and the fact its hosted in germany.

Oh and it doesnt say where you service on the front page.

All in all not a bad job at all!

my name's Blake, do you charge extra for the extra K and E?

its a very nice looking site, good colours etc. as said, its all images, which will cause issues for google when searching and stuff, so it can be an issue, but if your email address etc is a image rather than written in the text, i think it helps prevent spammers from picking it up, and getting loads of spam emails

but all in, a really good job

although "If you’re not already using my services, I'm 20% cheaper, guaranteed!!!" to me says you charge existing customers more than new ones i know thats not what it means, but i think it may sort of put that thought in your head. a change of wording should sort that though

I found the text in places, particularly your postal address too small.
Otherwise succinct and to the point without the usual waffle.
Good luck mate.

Yeaahh, I to have a seaward machine at work, although its currently having the keypad replaced. My only personal pet hate (and its the whole industry) is that you can't have 'PAT Testing' Because that expands out to Portable Appliance Testing Testing its daft

There is a lot of text in the content and meta tags that search engines will pick up, so you may be ok with the image based scheme.

Thank you for all your comments, they have all been taken on board and I'm sure we will be making some changes.

We were aware of this and as most people will always refer to it as "PAT testing" and never actually expand it we were happy to run with it.

do you have a business number, landline that is, not mobile, im not suggesting you are dodgy but if i cant put a landline number to a business im less inclined to contact due to cowboys

other than that fantastic and good luck

I agree - No Landline makes you look like a Pikey. I would be of the same opinion. Note some big compaines won;t allow mobiles to be dialed from desk phones due to the higher costs.

You could set up a VOIP account like Voibuster etc and use there VOIP forwarding to you mobile. (Skype also falls into mind)

VOIDBUSTER - used to give you a national rate number Dial in number for free. A lot of these will also do voicemail etc.

If you go for a SIP sytle VOIP instead of Skype you can even set up one of thoes Press 1 for x press 2 for y press 3 for z systems where it will forward onto Mobile or other land lines etc as extensions

Skype is not a true SiP based Voice Over Ineternet Portocol.
