Very sad indeed, my condolences to all those involved.

i was at westfield yesterday with another LCB member, i assume its the couple who went out in the demo car that we were waiting to come back, then i feel very sorry for there friends and family.

all i can say is that the staff at westfield were very proffesional, it was very damp under foot yesterday in Dudly and when we were out on out trest drive we even calmed down the driving a bit.

RIP and my thoughts are with you.

you dont know thats what happened. The other car was a yaris piloted by a 60 year old woman, theres every possibility she caused the accident.

I'm not placing blame, but neither should you. You're basically accusing the driver of killing the passenger.

tell that to the guy who accused the ferrari driver of being a twat on here the other day.

no such thing as an accident anyway. for someone to have an "incident", someone had to be driving without due care or dangerously.

besides, one of the drivers was responsible for killing the passenger - unless it was a dual control car.

Whosoever is to blame. Which will come out over the coming days, weeks months....

It is a tragic event that but for the grace of god could happen to pretty much any of us. My heart goes out to the families and friends of the couple in the Westy.

I live about 2 miles from the accident site. This road has seen many accidents though the years and is the main road between Wolverhampton and Kidderminster.

There is the local Westfield owners meet on Sunday night, which we (Vindicator Owners) are always welcome too. I am sure there will be a lot of talking about this on the night.

However I shall miss going there as I am going up to Scotland (not in my Vindi) for a well deserved break.

I am sure that all your comments and thoughts will be passed on to other Westfield owners.

Regards

TimR

I'm sorry that is utter bollocks; a product of blame / no win / no fee culture and a sad reflection of society today.

So they went out with the intention of crashing ? It's a series of unfortunate events with a fatal outcome and if these things could be prevented we wouldn't need insurance. There is no point in speculating what happened or trying to apportion blame. Think before you write these things.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Wonder why it is then that the rozzers now refer to these as incidents RTI's and not RTA's anymore.
