For sale MK INDYBIRD

Thinking of selly my indy as I'd like to do another build. I'll be sad to see the car go as I've had a great deal of enjoyment from it but I've got the building bug again.

There are pics in my archive. PM me your email if you want any more.

Spec as follows

MK Indy
SVA'd and Registered in 2004

Engine:
Injection CBR1100xx Blackbird
Pace Dry Sump
Balancers removed to improve lubrication to crank and reduce inertia.
Power commander
Secondary air removed
Primary drive anti-backlash gear removed to reduce mass /inertia.
Oil cooler

Trackday Exhaust system so I can do trackdays at Donnington. Passes 98dB(A) drive by. Also comes with straight through race can.
Exhaust by Zorstec and is featured on their website.

Fuel Swirl pot to prevent starvation on long corners while on track

Wheels + Tyres
15" Oz superleggera with avon ACB10 tyre (road legal compound)
2nd Set of Oz superleggera wheels for fitting wet or more road biased tyres to.

3.62 Limited Slip Differential
(I also have a 3.38 diff available)

Carbon Mirrors and indicator pods from Caterham

4 Point Luke harnesses (I have the parts to convert to 6 point but never got arround to fitting them)

Very lightweight car, I doubt there are many lighter.

Larger than standard fuel tank for longer touring range.

Protech Shocks with 2 sets of springs. I prefer stiffer springs for track use.

I have just replaced both rear drive shafts as they had a bit too much play in them.

Please contact me if your interested. I am looking for £8500 but am open to all sensible offers.

Mark

The car also featured in PPC. Only problem is it seems like they misheard me when I said my name. Oh well, Mark does sound a lot like Pat!
