does the bottom of the dash have the 19mm radius ?? if not its a fail. I would also remove the fire extinguisher again for radius,

Good luck with the retes would be a little worried about the dash bottom Brother in laws failed at nottingham as there was no radius, we hed to split a pipe and fix that to the bottom. The tester said if he was able to pull it off it would fail so we covered it in vinyl,

thier is a radius about the size of a golf ball along the underside of the dash you just cant see it in the pic the examiner was very pleased with the dash and comment it was LOVELEY lol

i thought he was going to make love to it the way he was feeling it up!

Sounds like you have everything in hand.

Good luck anyway, especially for the weather.

I hope you are driving there!

Brake Bias....
Rule of thumb, is that the fronts should lock up before the rears.
Also the bar should be locked with roll pins.
I had 3 attempts before I got mine right.

Remember fronts to lock up before rears. Its a good yardstick.

Good luck for tomorrow.

had a little poblem with the n/s rear brake, was a little weak could realy do with some new shoes but a little tweaking at a garage down road and it just got through

had the biggest smile on my face all the way home just the DVLA to deal with now

dangle the wheels are escort gti wheels i bought then got them blasted and powder coted in gloss white!

i still had to fix the no. plate light back on in those pics because the strips had only just been put on!
