So 3,5feet -10 hose from scavange pump to oilcooler and then 3feet -10 hose to my Pace oiltank...

Is this not going to work well??

It should work fine. I usually like a minimum of -12 on the scavenge side to be on the safe side, but have often seen -10 installed with no problems.

I had 2ft of -10 from the scavinger pump to a Laminova then 6 inch of -10 to the tank then 4 inch of -12 from tank to sump. All worked well. If I were you I would get -12 pipe and fittings from the tank to dry sump but I am only saying that because it worked for me and if you speak to steve @ SBD he will tell you to use -16! Andy @ A.B has the -12 fittings for the sump.
