Bargain - although you'd need some cash left over for the dashboard. WTF!

Looks OK and it's certainly cheap enough.

The dash is a little bizarre, but easily sorted.

One thing that always niggles me in adverts though...

"There are two very faint scuffs on the bonnet but im sure these would T- Cut out"

...they either will or they won't! if they will then spend 15mins sorting it and there's one less bad point to worry about. If they won't then be honest and say so.

You see it all the time - x needs fixing, 5 min job with parts from ebay.....get on and bloomin' sort it before selling it then

But then, they could let you do it, and pass the savings on to you!!

I can relate to the part about car ownership that says: "Eff it, I'm going to do a crap job, and let the dealer do it, even if it costs $1000 more". Then you see the job THEY do, and regret the whole thing.

It would cost nothing to take the bin bags off and just leave the dials.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

In that example though the 15 mins of labour and materials (T-cut) you probably already have costs zip and would if anything add to the value of the car and make for an easier sale.

It's like selling wheels with knackered tyres on them. The buyer will have to replace them anyway so why not remove the tyres and get rid of them yourself and make it more feasible to post/courrier the wheels thereby expanding your target market size.

Hmmmn...registered as a MoCoy or is that a McCoy? ( a Mini based front engined Clan Crusader lookalike).

Just checked. It's registered as a McCoy, 1st reg. 1986.

It's a ringer. Not that I give a shit, but someone paying £5 grand might.
