Well done matey, another (ex) Loughborough guy with an (IVA) SVA then!

We had Malcom at Yeading for our SVA. Very reasonable guy like you say.

So, when's the first trackday?

Cheers
Andy

Well done indeed, it is a good feeling to have that bit of paper.

Now copy it before it disappears in the depth of the DVLA never to return.

Now you have got to just wait that little bit longer before it gets driven on the road taxed.

Thanks chaps..

For one, im not bothered about loosing the best part of a months tax, that will be well worth it after the first drive out with plates... and im certain therell be a day with good weather before christmas...

As an aside, they seem to quote my car as having a weight of 820kg... that cant be right surely... ive got standard velocity chassis with locost bodywork, lightweight triton seats, sierra running gear and a 4age with T50 box...... even if thats the weight plus driver thats a lot more than id expect to see..

Yeah the tester said he hadnt seen any Luegos go through. he thought it was a spanish make. I was gutted.... (no disrespect to any spanish members of the forum)

Again, thanks to all those who helped and especially bob and conrod for that original meet at tels cafe back in 2003 that got me going in the first place!

Oh and through the 199 miles its now clocked up (long drives to IVA) ive driven it very easily (read gently) as the geometry is no where near set up and even though it feels planted im not about to test it by any means.... One thing i cant wait for is snow and some very slow motion sideways action... think it will help me learn the dynamics of the car at slow speeds, never driven a RWD in anger so need all the learnin' i cant get.
