Most powder coaters use colours from the following ranges:
RAL
BS 4800
BS 381C
This website: www.e-paint.co.uk has charts of the 3 ranges.

Used to be called Bournes Powder Coatings, but were taken earlier on in the year, dont know if they've changed their name.

The new owner was better than the old one and did a set of wheels for the missus' Golf and I was very impressed with them. Did a sparkle silver
with a metalic dark grey fleck.

Its about 10 mins from my work, I have taken all sorts down there to be powdercoated and have never had any complaints with the quality of their work
or the price.
they have expanded their range of colours/finishes now
saw selection of quite OTT effects on some bike frames last time I was down there
