TD04 Flanges....

Anyone know where i can get a set of steel flanges for my TD04 turbocharger?

Ive made great progress with the oil return etc, but i need the flanges now by the end of the week, or ill be delayed as ill have to go back to work.

I need a TD04 / T3 adapter, and a TD04 exhaust plate with the five holes to fit over the existing studs.

The T25 (Garrett) is significantly smaller, so i cant modify the existing and i cant find anywhere that does TD04 bits.

Kindest Regards,
Richard.

Not currently. The turbo i have is an Impreza tD04 with the triangle shaped flange to the exhaust manifold. The manifold i have is currently a T3 flange so i need an adaper to suit.
Boggle is also on the case for me, and has been a great help so far, but just wanted to see if i could get something this week.

The five stud flange covers the exhaust turbine and the wastegate and would normally have an elbow attached to it. I just need a plate to cover it with a 2" (2.25" hole for the new exhaust which i have yet to make.

Does this make it any clearer without pics? Sorry if it doesnt, ill try and get some photos uploaded.

Which ones? the Triangular ones, or the 5 bolt?

Thanks, but i tried that. They are all T3, T4 or T5, and are not TD04.

mitsubishi turbos fitted to volvos share a t3/t4 footplate .

the turbine outlet (ie downpipe) is always a 3bolt flange to a conical outlet to fit the downpipe flare , or a flat flange which is just bolted straight to the turbine outlet (and more desirable of the two) .

Ive got a three bolt downpipe (90 degree casting), but i need the flat plate with five bolt holes for a tD04. This is larger than the one on my T25, or i would have used that.

I wanted to get a flat 5 bolt plate, and weld my tuve straight to that.

I need a triangular manifold flange to mate to the T3 on the manifold - hence the adapter.

Thanks, the T5 is different to the T3 and T4.

T5 in this case being the car model, not the type of turbo fitted!

T5 Stands for "Turbo 5 Cylinder"

I Know it's a bit confusing!! Like when you see a tiny little volvo S40 T4!!! Can you imagine running a T4 turbo on something like that

The Volvo 850 T5 Runs a

TD04-HL15G from memory on a rectangular flange.

The 850 T5R uses the same turbo
The 850 R uses a "16" IIRC
The V70 R uses a "19" IIRC

It's been a few years since I had my 855 though.
