i have a pair of rorty rear nub carriers but sierra calipers do not seem to fit, also do you mount wheels using spacers to clear hub carrier as they seem to foul wheel, i have even offered up 15" rims to no avail? help!

I suspect designed for drum brakes, you will need to make up a bracket to support the calipers, have a search on converting to rear discs.

If 15s are hitting you need to check the offset of the rims. 13's always struggle to fit over the rear calipers, but 15s should fit easy. Sounds like you have completely wrong offset.
