Qualloy.
It gives the impression/suggestion that you supply quality alloy stuff. It doesn't actually mean anything but it sticks in your mind..........

"The Aluminium Body WorX"

1. Describes your work place..
2. Describes what you do.
3. Describes what material you work in.
4. Says your product functions correctly.

It may seem quirky at first but it sticks in peoples minds and does what it says in the name.

In 2000 it took months to come up with a new skydiving company name.. went through all the boring predictable.. sky adventures, paraventure, lancashire skysports.. bla bla..

Then used the same formula as above and bingo... what do we do..

"Fall From The Sky"

Even if nobody new what business I was in then from the company name they knew straight away and the imnage sticks in the mind with the words attached.

www.fallfromthesky.com = FFTS = Me

Hmmm...

Body Craft

I know - you could have pictures of boobies and bums and stuff, but when you look closer it's actually your panels shot from funny angles. Dead clever aren't I.

Both Alifab and Body Craft are already taken by very similar companies.

http://www.alifab.co.uk/
http://www.bodycraft.org.uk/

What about "Classic Handcrafted Aluminium Panels"
Forms the acronym "chap" which is easy to remember (and lends itself to 'that chap who makes car bodies" comments in the paddock of high end car meets)
Finally www.chapanels.co.uk seems to be free at the moment.

ETA: Good luck

Hmmmm.. Lets study that website name!

Chap Panels seems to have 2 P's so would www.chapanels.co.uk mean either

1. Cha Panels
or better still.
2.Chap ANALS hehe

www.chap-anals.com

Nice one Iank
