I've just phoned Knockhill and the bloke confirmed that locosts were definitely welcome. He also said " the other thing we do is hot hatch days, but you wouldn't want to come to that".
I had wanted to double check, because it was mentioned by someone at friday night's meet that there was a degree of uncertainty as to whether we were welcome or not at the Hot Marques nights.

Anyway - I'll be going. Any other takers ? Maybe if enough locosts turn up, they really could be coaxed into putting nights on for all the stuff that falls between hot hatch and hot marques.

It costs £1500 to put on your own nights. That equates to 30 cars @ £50. All you need is the cash and a free space in the k-hill diary.

Glenrothes car club do 2 nights a year and to join is £10 a year and the night is £30 £10 per other driver so that is another 2 nights but there are people showing interest in renting the track for locosts with the number of people building cars, see mangogrooves list, it should only be a matter of time!

Same here - off to buy me a lid tomorrow. Do I bring my bright red George Dawes romper suit too ;-)
Car will be on trailer - more likely to break down than crash. Tools will be in the boot of the tow car as well in case anyone needs anything.
