I personal would make a complete windscreen instead of a aeroscreen.
If you want that bended shape aeroscreen ask you're self if you can also fabricate a windscreen in that shape.

many thanks for that sugestion, but since the start of the project I thought of an aeroscreen more or less like this I am making.
