Setting the Rear Suspension

Does anyone know what the measurement is to set the ride height on the rear suspension?

If the chassis brackets are positioned correctly, the front should be lower when front and back bottom wishbones are parallel if not then the rear, as said, should be higher when fully loaded.
Apparently the back lower than the front can cause all sorts of wayward handling
