Every couple of months, ill have a few drinks after work. Planned well ahead, and all "Agreed" beforehand, yet its still a problem by the
time i get in!
Sometimes i dont bother going home to save her the pain of having a go! I persuade my boss to put me in a local hotel!
Kindest Regards,
Richard.

can we have a spare room club??
Only problem with the spare room is that you have to make the bed in the morning

You are 4 1/2 hours late and it's only 9.00pm when you posted. What time did you say you'd be in dummy?
Forum clock is an hour out so it's 10.00pm so you said you'd be in for 5.30pm. What time did you go out?

yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

reminds me of a article once 'why dogs are better than women' and some of the reasons were:
The later you get back from the pub the happier a dog is to see you,
The dog doesnt mind if you snore when you are asleep
and so on

guys, i learned very early on the solution to this.
If you think you will get back form the pub at around 10:00?
Tell your wife / girlfriend that you will be home about 1:00 a.m
then when you turn in anytime before 1:00 you have come home early in their eyes
everyones a winner

I used the same method when going out, I'd arrange to meet up at 7, knowing no-one would even bother until half past and I'd be a pint
deep by 8 when the first people started turning up
