Can anyone tell me what spigot diameter classic mini's are?

Im struggling to determine what wheel spigot diameter classic (not bmw) mini's are, google seems to pull up lots of different results but Im still clueless. help!

Just put a rule across an old 10" steely laying in the garage and get 2 9/16" (65mm)

They don't have a spigot, they are free floating using the 4 wheelstuds to centralise the wheel

That would make alot of sense, I have seen wheels advertised as 65.1mm spigot diameter, mini fitment. Yet typing mini hub spigot diameter into google draws a blank.
