ignoring the politics and road surface / furnature problems, i think it looks a fantastic circuit!!! Great combination of left and right corners that only a figure of 8 can provide. Tight corners, long(ish) corners, some straights leading with slow speed corners leading onto them and tight corners at the end which hopefully would provide some overtaking .....

I wanna see it!

3 trillion quid a ticket and hell to get there. burgers 14 quid a pop and an extra fiver if you want chips..........they would fleece the punters if it was a wun off....

Unlikely, but would be a great weekend , so many places to watch from, the cost couldn't be too high, and I'm sure Ken wouldn't turn down the chance to make his congestion charge break even

The run, along London’s famous Regent Street in the heart of the West End, will take place on Tuesday July 6, between 1800 and 2000 local time (1700 and 1900 GMT). The teams expected to participate are BAR, Williams, Ferrari, Jaguar, Jordan, McLaren, Minardi and Toyota.

According to ITV F1 they say there is going to be more of a circuit run on tuesday, with one car at a time. Also Nigel Mansell is going to be driving a Jordan!
On the itv website they said they were waiting for ken livingston to be reelected before they started planning it. Maybe he is quite into it!

Doubt they will be allowed to go all out, but im sure they will be doing a few burn outs and stuff. Im sure it will be worth watching.
