Cant find that IVA lighting position diagram?

Ive been searching for about an hour, and to no avail? On here and the haynes forum?
But you know that Diagram that shows you where your lights go with dimentions ect? If anyone has access to it, or knows where that link is, could they please post it up here?

Just a word of caution. Thet one ^^^^^is marked up as SVA. Are there any differences?
