I'm sure that sort of thing wouldn't be permitted to be sold in this country would it? It's a class A writeoff, but what would happen if it was insured 3rd party (like anyone would)? Is it still the property of the owner and they're permitted to do what they please with it?

If the US laws are anything like ours, the owner of the car is liable for its disposal if they are claiming off someone elses insurance('non fault' ,they are also liable for any storage charges after the date of payout.

I said we could barbecue a lamb and he didn't hear me properly. I wonder what the problem was with the brakes, topped the cylinder up with lighter fluid or something.
