Top ball joints for a triumph upright?

I'm wanting the Caterham type with the threaded shaft.
Yes Cat sells them but here in Canada these are rare and or pricey.
IS there a part number substitute that I can try 'over here' ?

thanks

Thank you!
(link is inoperative though :-)
But I just looked through that site and could find only the Caterham Spherical joint 'kit'.
(presumably their trunnion substitute gizmo?)
I'm after a Track rod type joint.
Either from a Fiat 132/5? or Range Rover HSE. Approx $10 'over' here' for either . But I really don't know If that's the correct taper for the Triumph upright.
Always amazes how the seemingly simplest bits can be the hardest :-)

Thank you!
I have found the 'correct' bit (as posted on Blatchat) QR1118S.
Happily.. Locally available for erm.. a third of the Cat pricing and no shipping costs :-)
