Sierra Rear Diff - Which Oil

I am just about to fit my new rear diffuser to the car and thought I would change the diff oil before I fit it, can someone confirm what oil I need to use (I did have it written down, but have lost it) and how much, is it up to the fill hole or is it a a litre

It's just normal EP90 and a litre is just about enough - you have to make a dip stick yourself out a of bit of bent wire. It's supposed to be a few mm under the bottom of the fill hole (from memory - please check!)

GL-5 Hypoid Gear Oil EP80 or EP90 or EP 80w/90 or EP 75w/90

EP 80w/90 is probably the ideal choice.
