7/16 pipe to master cylinder fitting

I have a couple of standard girling master cylinders. Having lost one of my 7/16 UNF fittings I need a new one. These are the fittings that connect the low pressure side to the hose (push fit) that goes to the brake fluid reservoir. I assumed that these would be readily available from any motor factors, but having tried a couple, apparently, they are 'very specialist parts' and normal thread to push fit connectors are not that size.

I find this hard to believe, but thats what they said, so does anyone know where I can get one from?

Thanks
Steve
