Can the mounts be removed easily, as already have pre fixed mount on th car.

yes they are just on threaded tube with nuts, so you just drill a hole in your plates and bolt these on!

Are the Harnesses suitable for motorsport? As in current MSA/FIA specs?

they are not any good for msa racing, I do have a pair of Luke 4 point 3" fia harnesses, they are out of fia date but depending on what series
you want to enter they dont always need to be in date. £60+4.99postage.
