I'd number on amateur build declaration

Is the identification number on the amateur build declaration the chassis number of the car? I have already sent off my iva forms but faked to fill in an amateur declaration form. I am currently filling it in to send back to vosa

I put the VIN in that section, VOSA man was happy with that, got my test date on the 14th :S





You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
