ST170 Cambelt change

All,
I have been reading the cambelt replacement process for the ST170 and I can't work out from the sketch where the locking pin goes in.. I states remove the blanking cover and insert the special tool. Anyone know where it goes before I bury my head in the engine bay to work it out?

its underneath the exhaust towards the crankshaft position sensor. The ST170 cambelt change can turn out to be a bit of a job and a half as when you tighten the inlet nut it can turn the VVT mechanism which means it is tricky to get them aligned. Send me a pm if you get stuck.
