Broken spring = I'm not happy

I've been working hard at getting my project Mx5 back on the road , aiming to take it to the next Ashby Folville meet , and I thought I was gonna make it...................

Todays session has been to cut out some rust from the back of the drivers side sill - all was going well untill I had a look at the rear calliper in preparation for pulling it and de-rusting the disc while the wheel is off , and I spot the dreaded broken spring

Not much chance of getting it MOT'd this week now..............

Its cuz I is blond , innit

Sorry - I could have made a bit more sense when I wrote the original post - when removing the rear calliper I spotted a broken rear shock spring .
So.......if its springs you have hanging around , I may well be interested
