Burtons do one here but I have read that they (meaning ALL adapters - not just Burtons) are not very reliable.

In the Tiger, I put a hole in the tunnel and routed the cable through the footwell rather than trying to get it around tight angles and having the inner snap!

Edit to add...these do one and so do Speedy Cables
