You can have him for £10.52, but he has apparently promised to lose some weight in the new Year.

Wrong time of the year to sell houses... Wait a couple of months.

Happy New year to you all.

Mine took 2 years 8 months to sell, take it off the market for 2 months then re-advertise then it goes back as just on the market and gets new viewers.

Invest in paint and make it look its very best that you can, mine dropped from £365,000 to £285,000 to sell in the end but the new house dropped the same amount so not all bad.

Have you a price threshold for buyers, once I dropped below £300,000 (estate agents wanted it on at offers in excess of £325,000 which I considered impractical and the reason why it stuck) lots more interest.

I believe the agents are still trying very hard to maintain prices......

It's very much area dependent. Ours went in 4 days in NW9.

The genuine Mitsubishi one fits L200's, Shogun Sports, Challanger from 2002-2006 with the 8v 4D56T (2.5 Turbo Diesel) engine.

No idea what the other one fits.

My house was "valued" at £325K by several estate agents, and £375K by the estate agent who clearly wanted to appeal to my greed to list. I sold it in the end (quickly) for 210K, first guy who actually came up the driveway *in a position* to actually buy it....
Since the Banksters were about to repossess it and still hang me with the difference, at least the loss of my career hasn't left me with a massive debt.
