Generally the head bolts , most change the crank ones for ARP ones as they are stronger

Assume any bolt for which angular tightening procedure is specified a "stretch bolt", ie a bolt that is tighten into the plastic
deformation region of the stress-strain graph.
A hold load of myths surround stretch bolts, but as a roll of thumb any bolt that is subject to fatigue should be replaced if the engine is going
to be used for anything other than shopping. Although manufacturers generally recommend new bolts, head bolts are generally safe to re-use at
least once.

Based on a quick think (all single use except the Girdle):
- Cylinder head
- Crank pulley
- Girdle - max. three use
- Big end (IIRC)
- Flywheel
As others have said have check through the assembly chart for angular tightening.
Now on my second Duratec build (for a second car) and on a budget I replace the following with ARP:
- Big end
- Crank pulley
- Flywheel
