R1 running temps

What temperature does your R1 run at when just pootling along with the current weather temps.
Mine fluctuates between high 60's and low 70's, is this too low?

My ZX12R runs at those sorts of temperatures. Apparently there were two different ZX12 thermostats available - one which opened at 65C,. and one that opened at 85C.... I wonder if the R1 has a similar setup, and you have a low temperature thermostat...? From what I understand, if the engine runs too cool, then there is a risk that it runs inefficiently, but I think that would have to be cooler than 65/70C for that to be an issue.

Mine runs around 70-75'. The stat opens at 72' so about what you'd expect in current ambient temp and light load. As I have the wider/larger Polo rad I have a board blocking 1/4 of the rad off in winter just to raise it a bit.

mine runs at around 60-70 in this weather which i think is far to low. An engine should be at 80 for best running.
Also the ecu doesnt cut the fan in until 105 (i think) so running at 60 is way of the scale.
Mines a 5pw
