If you're turning up in a kit, you just go to the kit car entrance and they let you in (free for the driver). Once in you can park up in either the general kit parking or any of the club stands that you might (or might not) have any affiliation with. You don't have to have anything arranged before hand.

I've gone through the main kit entrance in a production car a few times during my lengthy build and parked out of the way on the club stand , If your particular club has a very busy stand there is plenty of room to find a spot somewhere
