4xv or 5jj R1 motor

I'm looking for a healthy R1 motor to drop straight into my car while I slowly rebuild the 2 knackered engines I already have.

I'd prefer a 5jj but beggars and all that...

The engine must be known good with no compression or blow-by issues,
Or at very least willing to accept a return on a motor found to be unhealthy as I have no need for another broken engine!

So anyone got anything tucked away?

Malcolm was my first port of call.
He recommends rebuilding an old engine as good condition used ones are hard to come by.
