Exhausts -pinto

I need make an exhaust for my kit but I don't know which is the best way to go.
I can only mig so stainless is out of the question but mild mandrel bends seem mega expensive as I would need at least 3 per pipe so it makes it about £120 just for bends.
I did buy a 2nd hand manifold but it hits my chassis so is no good and is extreamly rough looking

Does anyone have a manifold they can sell me or a place for cheap 1.5" bends??

I have done a lot of googling but just end up at the same point (still no idea).
The only problem I've got is the ports are in line with my top rail as shown here

I hope someone can help me out

Tbh as little as possible but MAX £100-150 for a ss premade one which will fit, I've already got a silencer (r1 can).
But I would deft be interested omega if you could provide some pics .

if i remember correctly the mk manifold is about £150 from MK and the silcer cost about £200

the silencer has a flexi-bend in it and ran my through SVA at about 96db. (i was running about 150bhp pinto then)

happy to accept £90 delivered for the manifold alone or £170 for all of it delivered

Thanks for the pics, could you give me a couple of diamensions please,
The flange on port 3 to the closest pipe (ie distance from engine ports to the outer edge of the top rail)
and is there any incline on the pipes at all, or are they just straight?
Cheers

Hi again,

apologies for delay, the distance from the 3rd port to the exhaust is 12 inches, there is an incline on the exhaust from the face plate the the bends in order for it to clear the chassis rail
