Northern Ireland IVA

Given the choice would you choose Cookstown or Newtonards for the IVA test? I know which is physically closer to me, just interested to hear any experiences good and bad before I book the test

when did Cookstown become an IVA centre ? When I did my test (4 years ago) Ards was my only option

There are only a handful of qualified IVA testers in the country so you might find that it makes no difference and you will end up with the same tester anyway

I thought there was only Newtownards. I know a converter of vans etc in Dungannon who brings everything to Ards, C'town would be much easier for him.

The girl on the phone today at DVA said it could be booked in to Cookstown but it would appear that website says differently. Ards is 85 miles away for me oh well..
