dash switches question

as i slowly make progress with the wireing
what is the minimum amount of switches i can have on the dash ?
i have mk5 escort columb for indicators and lights

i have a fog light switch and a brake switch

what else ???????

Brake test switch can be incorporated in the handbrake warning light IF it has a switch.
Hazards (unless its on the top of the stalks)
Horn (unless its on the wheel)
Thats it that I can think of, unless you have anything else to control thats outside the norm (reverse for BEC)

All I've got is a fog light switch on the tunnel other than the Sierra column and stalks
