Steering Boss & Paddle Shift

I've just fitted my AB Paddleshift but just wondering what steering wheel boss people are using with this set-up.

The main reason for asking is me knee hits one of the paddles which concerns me and therefore would like to move it but it then hits the boss

Ant advice would be much welcome
