Endura-e inlet manifold fits xflow ?

Doing some research for open source efi to be fitted on my xflow engine.

I know the route of fitting throttle bodies etc. Some out there say that the inlet manifold of the early Ka endura-e 1.3 engine fits the xflow. As i understood the endura engine is derived from the hcs engine and that's an xflow derivative.
But the endura is for FWD and therefore shorter then the xflow.
Would make things much easier, injectors, TPS in place and edis as well. Plenty of them on ebay.

Did somebody do such a conversion ?

The endura E is basically the HCS and is totally different to the xflo though looks similar. The ports are a different shape and centered differently. The HCS was originally develped from the ford anglia engine hence the early ones had three main bearings like the anglia engine.
Early XR2 used a FWD version of the xflo which is where most people get confused.

Probably better to get bike throttle bodies and graft them onto an xflo intake.

The Endura/Valencia was based on Xflo experience and has a few interchangeable parts but the head and manifold are totally different.

To clear up any confusion the 105e Anglia and other pre-xflo engines are very closely related to the xflo --- they are both Kent engines made on the same transfer lines, the pre-xflo was actually made in 5 bearing form for the 1500 & 1600 versions.
