Bearings for Dellorto carbs

I am rebuilding a couple of sets of DHLA45s. The throttle spindle bearings need replacing, is there any preference for the type of bearing ie rubber sealed or metal shielded?

Thanks

I rebuilt a few Solex ADDHE carbs a while ago, and went for metal shields, I'm not sure how the Dellortos are arranged, on the solex's the bearings were behind seals, but, we all know what modern fuels can do to rubber.

So I went safe rather than risking having to do the job again should fuel get to the rubber and start breaking it down and causing notchy or sluggish bearings.
