Westfield (seirra?) clutch pedal clip?

Just removed my old clutch cable from 1990 built westfield SEI. The clip retaining the pin through the end of the clutch cable to pedal has broken. It is a thin steel plate which seems to clip over the top of the pedal to retain the pin- It was painted green if that's any help.

I am guessing that the pedal box is Seirra or Capri? Does anyone have nay idea on part number or where to locate one?

Thanks

Have you got a picture?

If it's a Ford part, a Ford dealer would be my first call.

On a narrow body Westfield of that era I'd expect it to be a modified Escort pedal box. Either Mk1 or Mk2 Escort (i forget which they used).
