Plastic Tube?

I need to make a wiper wheelbox spacer with slightly different dimensions than a standard item.

So what I'm in need of is some plastic tube (black preferably) 16mm (5/8" I/D 5mm wall.. need only a 60mm length... Any ideas where I could get some?

My best option atm is to buy some Acetal rod and drill it out to suit.

I'm not sure of the availability of such relatively thick wall tubing, so I'd be inclined to go for option B assuming you have a lathe available, it's a ten minute job.

No lathe unfortunately... will be a careful bit of work on the pillar drill.

Yup option b if you want plastic. If you can find it you will have to probably buy 1 metre worth.
