Ford Xflow Engine Machining

Hi

I've decided to treat my 1600GT xflow to new valves and guides and also have my crank reground.

I've been quoted:

Crank regrind £100 + VAT

Valve guides replacement £250 + VAT (includes new guides)
Inlet valves £7+VAT each
Ex valves £15+VAT each

Never having had this work carried out before, i'm a bit unsure whether these prices are reasonable, or should I shop around a bit more?

I'm based nr. Reading, Berks.

Cheers
Gary
