Ford Type E 4 Speed Gearbox For Sale
Ford Type E 4 Speed Gearbox for sale, fully reconditioned by SPC before putting into storage. Recently tested and works perfectly, internals are as
new as you'd expect from SPC. Standard ratio gears 1st 3.65 2nd 1.97 3rd 1.37 4th 1.00 - great chance to get a perfect, original type E gearbox.
Includes gear stick, bent to suit a kit car without requiring an extension. Also have an original Ford bellhousing to suit crossflow/zetec which is
available FOC with the gearbox at the asking price of £450.

The market dictates the price, £450 looks very steep to me as it must have a very limited market.
You need. To post on classic ford type sites I would say where they want originality, low cost = £50 and make it work.

Thanks, I am open to offers on the price, it cost more than the asking price to buy and recondition the box, but knowing that it's stock ratios
I went for less than that. At this point I am happy to take any offer though so don't be shy!
