salisbury LSD

Anyone got any experience of a Salisbury slipper in a live axle Locost. Been told they are designed for a much heavier car and not ideal in a 500kg car. Anyone tried lsd's with different ramp angles ?

Have on in my live axled Striker. It was way to "tight" , having previously been in the back of an Escort rally car which caused lurid slides at a touch of the throttle , so sent it to Arrow Auto Engineering who built it to their "Caterham" settings - it has transformed the car
