What mirrors are you using?

Hi all,

It's nearly that time of year again when I get the Indy R1 ready. I've decided to replace the old badly fitting mirrors with some shiny new ones. I've had a look throughout the site but can't find any threads showing a load of different styles. I've been checking eBay but it's hard to know what they'll look like fitted. I've been toying with these ones Link. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks!

Are you mounting them on a cage or bodywork?

INDY BIRD, they do look pretty good. Not sure about the silver stickers. Are they removable? I'm mounting them on the body

I fitted these to the GRP scuttle of my MK Indy. From memory I think they're Fireblade items (could well be wrong though). They looked OK and worked well. My centre mirror was the donor Sierra centre mirror mounted upside down on the GRP scuttle inside the wind deflector. It worked OK, but did vibrate a bit at speed.

Hi Nick,

I have that style of mirror on at the minute. Was looking for a change to something smaller with a thin stalk. We used a black taxi mirror for our rearview to pass the SVA. It was the only thing we could find the morning of the test, but it passed
