Ford ka light problem.

hi! the wife's ka has started misbehaving . sometimes when we are driving along in the dark the lights on dashboard all go out and at the same time the lights outside on the back of the car go out. it just happens now and again but is really annoying. before I start investigating it can anybody on here point me in the right direction please? it's an 08 Ford ka. cheers.

Light switch. My wifes puma did the same and I had to hunt in the scrap yard to find one. There are two types so make sure its the right one. The stalk is easy to remove but you need to solder some wires to swap it over.

Very common, hence the trouble finding one as everyone else had done the same.

Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.
