What a dreamer!
Can get a full kit from MNR with bodywork etc for less 
Also a 3.9 final drive ratio is not ideal for a bike engine! It would top out not much above 100mph top speed and be revving it's tits off
cruising at 60-70mph

If it's well made and comes with the axle and wishbones then at £450 it's a good price .
